This two day course utilizes activities and role plays to help individuals improve their communication skills, understand crisis reactions and learn basic crisis intervention skills. The aim of the course is to equip the participants with the necessary skills to provide psychological first aid to affected employees during the initial phase of a crisis. These individuals can also contribute to the company’s overall crisis management plan.
B. Crisis Management for Managers
Crisis Management for Managers is especially designed for directors, executives, supervisors, managers and emergency planners. The aim of this training course is to provide administrators with an overview of workplace crises, useful crisis intervention strategies and guidelines which companies can include in their business continuity plans.
This three-day course utilizes elements from the Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). Through activities and role-play exercises, it aims to equip participants with the necessary planning and organizational skills to manage the emotional impact of crises on employees.
